  1. Introduction This cancellation and refund policy governs the use of our services and booking of meetings on our website. By using our services or booking a meeting, you accept this policy in full.

  2. Cancellations Cancellations of meetings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a meeting is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of the meeting will be charged.

  3. Refunds We do not offer refunds for any services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, website design and development, brand identity creation, and UI/UX design.

  4. Changes to Services We reserve the right to make changes to the services offered on our website at any time. If a change affects a service that has already been purchased, we will make a reasonable effort to provide a suitable alternative.
