We integrate with models — charts, unit economics, cohorts, projections — but we don't replace a founder's finance work. If you need a model built, we'll refer you to a partner we trust.

You own every source file. We offer optional post-raise retainers for follow-on rounds, board updates, and data-room slides, but most founders walk away fully self-sufficient.

That's where we have the most precedent. We occasionally take marketplaces, vertical AI, and infra companies. Consumer hardware, biotech, and regulated pharma are outside our scope.
