The process

A single flat timeline. Every project.

Predictable dates, predictable deliverables, predictable price. Most of the work is in the first week — the part most agencies skip.

Week 1
Narrative locked before design begins
Week 2
12-18 custom slides designed
Week 3
Coaching + deck defense rehearsal
Friday 3
Source files handed over

Week 1

Research & narrative

We start by reading your model, your existing deck if you have one, and the public conversation around your sector. We run two live founder interviews (60 minutes each) to pull the story out of your head. By Friday you have a slide-by-slide narrative outline you approve before a pixel moves.

Deliverables

  • Industry and competitor research brief
  • Investor-thesis mapping for your target funds
  • Narrative arc + slide-by-slide outline
  • Founder interview transcripts (for your internal use)

Week 2

Slide design

The outline becomes slides. 12-18 slides designed from scratch — no templates, no stock assets. Charts built from your financial model. Diagrams drawn for your actual product and architecture. You see the full first draft by Wednesday and get a revision pass before the weekend.

Deliverables

  • Full first draft of 12-18 designed slides
  • Financial-model integration pass
  • Custom charts, diagrams, TAM/SAM/SOM visuals
  • Mid-week revision review over video

Week 3

Coaching & polish

The last week is about your delivery. We rehearse the deck over video, run an investor Q&A hot-seat, and tighten every slide against the feedback you get. You walk out of Friday with a deck you can deliver cold and every source file in your hands.

Deliverables

  • Deck-defense rehearsal with recording
  • Investor Q&A hot-seat prep
  • Final polish + appendix + data-room deck
  • All source files: Figma, Keynote, PDF, and PNG exports
